The Morning Ritual
Why the first 20 minutes of your day define everything that follows.
Most men treat the morning as something to survive. Hit snooze, rush through a shower, skip breakfast, and arrive somewhere already behind. That is not a morning. That is a defeat you chose before the day even started.
The ritual is not about waking up at 4AM or cold plunges or productivity hacks. It is about ownership. Deciding, the night before, that tomorrow morning belongs to you.
Start with your face. Warm water. A proper cleanser. Take sixty seconds and actually be present for it. That small act of care, done with intention, sets a tone. You are telling yourself: I am worth the effort.
Then your scent. Apply it before you dress. Let it settle. A fragrance is not decoration. It is the invisible layer of who you are walking into the room before you do.
The ritual does not need to be long. It needs to be yours.
Yours truly, Awal Ashaari.
